Vibration Analysis

Factory Acceptance Testing (Baseline)

Factory Acceptance Testing/ Bench Test: By use of Vibration Analysis and Thermal Imaging we assess an assembly prior to installation onsite. This can reduce the amount of rework conducted onsite from installation of poor-quality components or fitting errors done in the workshop. This is achieved by identifying and rectifying concerns prior to it leaving a repair authorities workshop. This type of survey creates an indisputable baseline for all parties involved. Asset Assessment

Asset Assessment: Assessing the condition of your asset/assets upon installation onsite. This can be conducted as a call-out based upon operator/maintainer concerns noted in the field, or be a ‘one-off’ event also to gain a detailed analysis of a site's asset/assets condition prior to, or following a maintenance period.
